It has a license agreement with Novartis International AG regarding the United States patents related to allogeneic CAR-T cells; research and development collaboration, and license agreements with Hr for the use of shRNA to downregulate such targets in immune cells and the combination of shRNAs with a chimeric antigen receptor in immune cells; and a license agreement with Mesoblast to develop and commercialize C-Cathez.
