The firm may use leverage to finance acquisition of new investments. BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. is based in Senningerberg, Luxembourg. As of June 23, 2025, BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. operates as a subsidiary of British Columbia Investment Management Corporation.
